Q:What is Sea glass?
A: Sea glass is a wonderful treasure! It starts out as refused glass that has been tossed into the ocean. As the glass breaks apart by force or against rocks the small pieces of glass get smoothed by the sand and sea. Over time with the wear and tear of the ocean the edges of the glass get soft. Sometimes a piece of glass can be in the ocean for 50 to 100 years before it is washed up on shore!



Q: Where do you get your sea glass?
A: I have a large collection of natural sea glass that I have collected over the years. I do not have one spot that I go to, I enjoy looking for it while on vacation or out walking for the day. Much of the glass has been handpicked by myself or members of my family, I do occasionally buy from professional sea glass collectors.



Q: Is all your jewelry hand made?
A: Yes I make all of the jewelry myself with help of friends and family for some of the matching and sorting of the stones.



Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes we are happy to do custom orders with a piece of glass you have or an idea. Please e-mail us for further directions.



Q: How should I care for my sea glass jewelry?
A: The best way to keep your silver jewelry clean is to keep it air tight. Air is a natural oxident. I suggest to keep your jewelry in a zip bag inside another container this will lock out the air and keep it looking new! Also if you like your silver to stay looking shiny, do not wear it swimming or in the shower. If your jewelry does get a little dull the best way to re-polish it would be with a silver polish cloth.



Q: Do you have a retail shop?
A: We sell to over 40 retail locations. To find a list of stores click the service link on the home page, then click on locator. Our personal shop is our web site, which has the largest selection and most up to date items that we offer.



Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We do not make a profit on shipping as some companies do.



Q: Why should I be a registered customer?
A: Registered customers have the advantage of receiving promotions we offer to our customers only. Also it will keep track of your orders and this may help with future ordering.



Q:Do you have a catalog?
A: For retail our catalog is our web site. Because everything we offer online is the exact piece you receive a catalog would be impossible. If you are a retail shop and would like to carry our line, we do have a catalog of our designs. When ordering please understand that each item will differ slightly in size, shape and color.
