Privacy Policy - Lita sea glass jewelry is committed to your safety and privacy.  Information given to us at check out or any other time during your transaction is for shipping and business purposes only.  We do not sell or share any personal information given to us.  We appreciate your business and would never put our customers at risk. 

 

Shipping -
We process and ship out orders with in 2 business days { If you choose 2 day or next day services please allow one additional business day for processing}. We ship Monday - Friday excluding Holidays.
We offer FREE standard priority shipping on all orders over $75.00. If you would like insurance you must select the insured shipping option for $6.95 on the check out page. Lita sea glass jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped with no added insurance.

Holiday Gift Service - All purchases come in a gift box with informational cards about the sea glass and jewelry. We also offer FREE gift wrapping with your choice of paper! Click on the "Gift Wrap" link to the left to select your paper choice.We also offer direct shipping for your gifts. At check out you will be asked the "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses. Simply put your information as the "bill to" and who you would like to receive the gift as the "ship to". We will make sure your gift looks fabulous and gets there fast and safe! ** If you are purchasing multiple gifts, or multiple items and would like some or all of them gift wrapped please email us to let us know which ones to wrap.

**Holiday Gift Exchange Policy - We except exchanges on regular priced, non-custom items through Jan 30th 2010. The same detail apply as listed below in our regular return and shipping ploicy.

 

Return and Shipping Policy -

We gladly accept exchanges on regular priced, non-custom items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges must be made with in 14 days of receipt of purchase, less shipping charges. Lita jewelry will not accept exchanges for any item(s) that have been damaged, used, or sold beyond 14 days. All exchanges will be sent out after returned goods are received and have undergone a quality control check. Please contact us at info@litaseaglassjewelry.com to request a customer return number. Lita jewelry is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit. To avoid this we suggest that you insure packages for your safety. All returned packages must be made by a major courier service with tracking capabilities (i.e., USPS, FED-EX, UPS). Please include a copy of your receipt with the returned item(s), and clearly mark the outside of the package with your return number.

Lita Jewelry reserves the rights to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted it will be send back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.

Lita Jewelry is not responsible for repair cost on items valued $30.00 or under or beyond 60 days (unless due to craftsmanship).  ALL OF OUR JEWELRY has a quality craftsmanship warranty of 60 days no matter the price. This means that for 60 days should you have any problems with your jewelry due to craftsmanship we will fix it free of charge. Each piece is checked before it ships and will be send out in perfect condition. With normal wear these pieces are carefully and precisely made and should last you a lifetime. Glass breakage is NOT faulty craftsmanship.  We drill our sea glass with perfect precision, if the glass is broken it has been accidentally dropped or mishandled.  In this event we will be happy to repair any item(s) for a minimal charge.
